Service Areas & Travel Fees
Travel fees are charged per dealer for events outside our standard service area. These fees cover our dealers’ travel time, gas, and tolls. Applicable fees are listed below and will be included in your event cost.
If free on-site parking is unavailable, an additional fee of up to $35 per dealer may be added to cover parking costs.

Pennsylvania
We operate with NO additional charges in Philadelphia and all counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery.
For Center City Philadelphia, if parking is not provided, we charge an additional $35.00 per dealer + parking for truck or oversized van.
Allentown – add $50 per dealer
Bethlehem – add $50 per dealer
Easton – add $50 per dealer
Reading – add $75 per dealer
Lancaster – add $100 per dealer
Harrisburg & Hershey – add $125 per dealer
Pocono Mountains – add $150 per dealer
New Jersey
Our New Jersey office and warehouse is based in Southern, New Jersey in Woodstown, NJ. We operate in all of New Jersey but do charge travel fees for Somerset County and North as noted below.
NO TRAVEL FEES for Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties.
$35 per dealer for Mercer, Atlantic, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Cape May Counties
$50 per dealer for Hunterdon, Somerset, and Union Counties.
$75 per dealer for Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Bergen Counties.
$100 per dealer for Warren, Sussex & Passaic Counties
Delaware
New Castle County (yellow) – no travel fees
Kent County (green) $50 per dealer extra
Sussex County (orange) $100 per dealer extra
We do not provide service to Maryland.
