Cancellation Policy
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that the Company fails to perform the contracted services.
Rebooking of Date: If the Client cancels but wishes to reschedule, the deposit may be applied to a future booking scheduled within one (1) year of the original event date. After one year, any unused deposit will be forfeited.
Second Cancellation: In the event of a second cancellation, the original one-year rebooking period still applies; the one-year period does not reset upon rebooking.
14-Day Notice (Days 6–14): Cancellations made between six (6) and fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will result in a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total event cost, less any deposit previously paid.
5-Day Notice (Days 1–5): Cancellations made within five (5) days of the event date require payment in full of the remaining balance.
Milestone Policy Events: For events subject to the Ticket Sales & Attendance Milestone Policy (if attached to your agreement), the milestone cancellation terms shall govern where they impose an earlier or greater financial obligation than the standard cancellation schedule above.
Cancellation Notice Requirements: All cancellation notices must be made both by phone at (610) 587-7313 and by email to [email protected] in order to be considered valid. For events subject to the Ticket Sales & Attendance Milestone Policy, any cancellation communicated at a scheduled check-in must still satisfy these formal notice requirements to be considered valid.
