Deposit & Balance Deadlines

Deposits & Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive both your signed agreement and deposit.

Corporate events: Deposit due within 10 business days of receiving the agreement.
Private events: Deposit due within 3 business days of receiving the agreement.
Mailed checks for private events: Up to 5 business days is allowed for receipt. Notify us if you are mailing your deposit.

If the deposit is not received by the deadline, your event date and time may be released without notice.

Final Balance

Credit card, PayPal or Venmo: Complete payment at least 2 hours before the event starts.
Check: Hand your check to the lead dealer after equipment is set up and approved, before the event begins.
ACH Direct Debit: Request and submit payment at least 3 days before your event. Funds must be received on or before the event date.
Cash App: Arrange and complete payment at least 3 days before your event.

Payment is due by your event. We do not offer net 30, 60 or 90-day billing.

Payee & Tax Information

All payments and tax forms must identify STEVEN WEISZ. A completed W-9 is available upon request.

Payment Methods & Fees

Credit Card / Stripe

Fee: 3.5% + $0.37 per payment

Pay online by major credit card through our payment page or the direct Stripe/LINK page.

Example: A $100 payment totals $103.87. Your statement will show RAINBOW PROMOTIONS – Steven Weisz.

PayPal

Fee: 3.5% + $0.37 per payment

Use our payment page and select PayPal at checkout.

Venmo

Fee: Any applicable Venmo processing fee is added to your balance

Send payment to @Steven-Weisz-2. If verification is requested, the last four digits are 7313.

Confirm the total with us before sending payment. Venmo may charge additional fees based on the transaction and funding method.

Personal or Business Check

Fee: None

Make checks payable exactly to STEVEN WEISZ. Checks payable to New Jersey Casino Parties, Philly Casino Parties, Delaware Casino Parties or another business name cannot be accepted.

Deposit checks: Mail to Steven Weisz, 204 Owen Avenue, Lansdowne, PA 19050. Let us know the check is being mailed.

Final balance checks: Give your check to the lead dealer after setup and before the event begins.

ACH Direct Debit

Fee: $5.00

Available through a Stripe invoice by advance request.

Request and submit payment at least 3 days before your event. Funds must be received on or before the event date.

Cash App

Fee: 3.5% + $0.37 per payment

Available via QR code through a Stripe invoice by advance request.

Arrange and complete payment at least 3 days before your event.

Payment Plans

We offer PayPal Pay in 4, Klarna and Affirm, subject to provider approval and availability. You may also make installment payments directly to us, as long as all payments are completed by the day of your event, in accordance with the final payment deadlines above.

Fees: Direct installment payments follow the fees for your selected payment method. Financing terms and any additional costs are set by the provider.
